355人の若い女性にヘッドフォンで無理矢理系のファンタジーを聞かせ、その後このようなファンタジーをどの程度空想するか調査しました。
結論として、62%の女性はこのような幻想を抱いていることが判明し 女性の性的避難回避理論は支持されない結果となりました。
Sexual blame avoidance theory was not supported; sexual desirability theory was moderately supported; openness to sexual experience theory received the strongest support.
